Where do I get the merchandising
materials?
Once approved, you will receive an e-mail from kaptest.com and
LinkShare, welcoming you to the program. Your welcome e-mail will
include detailed instructions on how to obtain the linking
materials and place them on your site. Please keep the e-mail for
future reference.
What if my links are
not working?
First, go to LinkShare and
log on with your username and password. Go to the Create Links
section and click on kaptest.com. Click on the link category in
which you are interested and click on "show me how to use this
link." Follow the directions. If it is still not working, contact
Linkshare support at contact@linkshare.com.
Can I change the logos or text
links?
No. The kaptest.com logos, banners, and text links may not be
changed in any way. If they are modified, the terms of the
agreement have been broken, and you may be removed from the
program. If you have a special request for something specific,
please contact us at affiliate_manager@kaplan.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I change the referring URL that
I receive from LinkShare?
No. It is not in your best interest to change the links you
receive from Linkshare. Your affiliate information is embedded in
those links. If you make any changes, we will not be able to
associate you with the purchases your customers make on our site.
Therefore, we will not be able to pay you any earned
commissions.
