Admission by examination only.
Part A (Florida-prepared Exam)
Part B (MBE)
MPRE
Part A: essay questions (3 hours) and 100 multiple-choice questions (3 hours) |
Subjects |
One segment:
• Florida Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure and of Judicial Administration 2.051, 2.060, and 2.160
Remaining five segments will each embrace no more than two subjects, selected from:
• Business Entities including Corporations and Partnerships
• Chapter 4 & 5 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar
• Contracts
• Criminal Law
• Evidence
• Family Law
• Federal Constitutional Law
• Florida Constitutional Law
• Real Property
• Torts
• Trusts
• Wills and Administration of Estates |
Grading |
Passing score--a scaled score of 136 or better or such scaled score as may be fixed by the court
Part A: Scores of each section are converted by a recognized statistical procedure to equal weight and the converted section scores totaled. All scores are then scaled to the applicants' MBE scaled scores.
Part B: MBE scores are the scaled scores provided by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. |
