Sample PROFILE

The CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE was designed by the College Scholarship Service to provide data to colleges that wanted more information than the federal goverment was providing from the FAFSA. It's used by colleges to determine who receives the aid money that the school provide themselves.

As will all financial forms, the PROFILE is long and arduous. It should be filled out with care and submitted free of any errors. If you would like a sample copy to practice or would just like to see what's required on the form, download our sample PROFILE below.

NOTE: This is only a sample. It is meant only for practice purposes and cannot be submitted as your completed application.
