The University of Connecticut School of Dental
Medicine, located in Farmington, is the only dental
school in the New England region. As such, the school
extends admission preferences to applicants from any
New England state - not just Connecticut.
The dental program at UConn is built around 5

Dental Sciences, Oral Diseases and Rehabilitation,
Dental Practice and Clinical Practicum, and Critical
Thinking in Dentistry.
As part of the broader University of Connecticut,
UConn dental students have access to all the academic
and recreational resources of a world-class state
university. In addition, UConn's School of Dental
Medicine consistently ranks as one of the top dental
