Profile:

The Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Montreal is a rapidly expanding center of basic biomedical and clinical research. All instruction is in French. The four-year curriculum begins with training in the basic sciences. Clinical training begins during the second semester of the senior year; senior students train in aspects of pediatric dentistry and oral surgery during a three-week program at an off-campus hospital.

Admissions Requirements:

All applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents to be considered. The following minimum prerequisite course requirements must be met:

  Biology - 6-8 Semester Units
  Inorganic Chemistry - 6-8 Semester Units
  Organic Chemistry - 6-8 Semester Units
  Physics - 8-8 Semester Units
  English - 6 Semester Units
  Mathematics - 12 Semester Units
  French - 16 Semester Units
  Philosophy - 16 Semester Units

All applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents to be considered. A minimum score of 10 is required on the Canadian DAT.
