Hello! My name is Brian Gilbert and I am the English Programs Manager at the Berkeley Center. The Kaplan Berkeley Center is located only one block away from UC Berkeley, and the city reflects the diversity and intrigue of the school as well as its surrounding neighborhoods. I invite you to come enjoy the friendly atmosphere of our center found here in the heart of the diverse San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to being immersed in bay area culture, you will have the pleasure of learning English at one of the best academic English Language schools in California!

You will have many opportunities to explore the area and get to know our staff and your fellow students while you study English here. I truly appreciate getting to know all of the students here, and I believe that our students should feel happy and comfortable throughout their stay in our school and in our area. We will always do our best to meet your needs as a student and as a visitor in the United States, while you begin your exploration of both the language and the culture. I look forward to meeting you!
