OPTION 1
Homestay

This option offers you a great way to practice your English and learn about local culture from a host family! Most homes are conveniently located close to the center.

Highlights (varies by family)

• Private bedrooms with shared bathrooms
• Optional: Home-cooked meals
• Distance varies, most within 30 minutes to the Kaplan Westwood Center

OPTION 2
University Cooperative Housing

This affordable option includes all meals and requires students to work 4 hours per week to participate in the cooperative. Weekend arrivals for the co-op housing option must purchase airport pickup service.

• Shared bedrooms (usually 3 students per room) and common hall bathroom
• Common recreation room with a television and table tennis
• Laundry facilities on every floor
• Central computer lab with internet access
• 15 minute walk to the Kaplan Westwood Center

OPTION 3
Student Apartment

Most student apartments have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen where students may prepare their own meals.

• Laundry room on each floor
• Swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna available
• Phone lines with free local calls
• Transportation to the grocery store once a week
• 15-20 minute walk to the Kaplan Westwood Center

OPTION 4
Student Residence (Hillside Residence Hall)

Find out what life is like as a UCLA student! Kaplan students living in the Hillside Residence Hall will share the student residence with other UCLA students.

• Double rooms (your roommate will most likely be another Kaplan student) with shared bathrooms
• Common dining and living area with television and table tennis
• Wireless internet access
• Laundry facilities available
• 10-15 minute walk to the Kaplan Westwood Center
