Housing at the Sacramento Center

In Sacramento, we currently have 60 wonderful host families. Our host families provide experiences to American culture, are native English speakers, and loving people who are interested in other cultures. If you are looking for more independence, we have apartments with Warren Properties, which can be an alternative to the host family experience.

Homestay

This option offers you a great way to practice your English and learn about local culture from an American family! Most homes are conveniently located close to the center.

Student Apartments

Student Apartments

For those students looking for more privacy, we offer newly furnished studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.

Highlights

• Single rooms with private bath
• Centrally located near a supermarket, the Arden Shopping Arcade, and many restaurants
• Air conditioning, kitchen, dining room, living room and walk-in closets
• Within biking distance of the Kaplan Sacramento Center
• 20 minutes by bus to the center; 30 minute walk to the center
