About Dr. Barone
Dr. John Barone received his Doctorate of Medicine and Surgery from Albany Medical College, where he received the American Society of Clinical Pathologists award for Academic Excellence. He completed his Residency in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was twice elected as Chief Resident. He also completed a Surgical Pathology Fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Barone is currently in private practice and is also a featured lecturer in Kaplan Medical's USMLE live and live online programs. Dr. Barone has 20 years of teaching experience and has helped thousands of medical students and graduates prepare for Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3.
