Dr. Mukta Panda
Dr. Mukta Panda trained in India, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.A. She is Chair of Medicine and Program Director for the Transitional Year Internal Medicine Residency at the College of Medicine Chattanooga of The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. In addition to running an acculturation program for her residents, she has also authored the chapter on IMG Acculturation in the Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine Toolkit.

Dr. Preston B. Cannady Jr.
Preston B. Cannady Jr. MD FACP was Professor of Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and at the Chicago Medical School. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. Dr Cannady served for 27 years in the US Army medical corps, including 9 years as Program Director and Chairman of Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. For 11 years he served as Program Director of the internal medicine program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. From 2011 through 2012 he served as Acting Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

Dr. Todd Simon
Todd Simon, MD, FACP, MSEd is Vice Chairman of the Department of Medicine at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He is also Associate Program Director at New York Methodist Hospital’s Internal Medicine Residency Program and is the former Residency Program Director at Jersey City Medical Center. He is Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. He received his M.D. degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed his Masters Degree in Education at the University of Southern California.
