It's about the support
by Jan Flegle

When I decided to pursue my MBA, I knew that an online program was the best option for me. I researched a number of programs and I found that the Kaplan Graduate School of Management was the best fit for me. I liked the fact that the program gave a good mix of business subjects. I also liked the structure and length of the program.

Once I entered the program, I was nervous about whether or not I could handle the work. I was greatly relieved to learn that I would have an introduction class that would help me learn the ropes. It was also helpful that there was a student assistant in the introduction class. He was able to give me practical suggestions and help me to understand the amount of time that would be required to complete the program.

As I went through the program, I found the professors to be available and helpful. They responded quickly to emails and assignments. Several of them gave the class their telephone numbers and encouraged us to call if we needed to discuss something with them.

I also became a member of Kaplan University's Ambassadors and Leaders program, which gave me an opportunity to give back to my school and the academic community. That involvement gave me a much richer educational experience.

I am extremely pleased with the education that I received from Kaplan University. I have been honored to become an online adjunct professor for Kaplan since receiving my master's degree. I am now able to use the knowledge I gained to provide a rich educational experience for my students. I am also able to follow the example of the professors that I had at Kaplan University to become a better professor. My experience at Kaplan University has been extremely positive, both as a student and now as an adjunct instructor.
