How to Register

The OAT is a computer-based test offered year-round. Most students take the exam after completing several years of college, including courses in sciences like biology, chemistry, and physics.

Students who wish to take the OAT should register at least 6-8 weeks prior to the desired test date in order to insure proper accommodation at a Prometric Testing site. The fee for taking the computerized OAT is $189.
