The PANCE at a Glance
The PANCE is a multiple choice exam comprised of 360 questions assessing medical and surgical knowledge. The exam is administered by computer year round at more than 300 Prometric testing centers throughout the U.S. The PANCE is administered in 4 blocks of 90 questions each with 90 minutes provided for the completion of each block.
Examinees who fail to answer at least 162 questions will not receive a score report. A scaled score of 75 or better is considered passing. Score reports are sent about two weeks after your exam date.
