Every student interacts with clients as a 1L and has clinical experience before graduation. They are taught the lawyering skills they'll need from the start of their careers, including negotiating, fact investigating, and drafting. The focus is highly interdisciplinary, as lawyers in the 21st century need to draw on the fields of economics, psychology, and sociology.
