Enrollment Policy
Step 2 CS Enrollment Policy
A key component in our commitment to your success is our small class sizes. By limiting the number of students that can attend each program we provide you with greater access to our world-class faculty as well as allowing you more individual hands-on experience in our standardized patient encounters.
Once you select a Step 2 CS program to attend we will hold your seat in the program, place others on a waiting list, and fully staff the program in anticipation of your attendance. If your plans change and you will not be able to attend the program you've selected you should contact us as soon as possible to be either removed from your current program or switched into another program.
Please note that once you select a program you will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
- You must pay in full at least 28 days prior the start date of your program to continue to hold your seat in that program.
- If you have not paid in full by this date you will be removed from the program if a waitlist exists, and your name will be placed on the bottom of waitlist for that program.
- An administrative fee** of $500 will be imposed if you request a date or location change, or if you drop your enrollment fewer than 28 days prior to the program start date.
- There is no administrative fee or penalty if you change your enrollment to an earlier program date.
