Neil
Business Admissions Consultant

Neil is an admissions consultant and GMAT instructor with Kaplan. He provides admissions consulting services to business school applicants, as well as those applying to other related programs, such as various graduate programs in accounting, finance, and public administration. During the past three years, he has advised and helped more than a hundred applicants gain admission to many of the nation's top business and public policy schools. Besides admissions consulting, Neil helps applicants with preparing for the GMAT as an instructor and tutor with Kaplan Test Prep in the Boston area.

Neil is currently pursuing an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. At both institutions, Neil has served as a student ambassador on admissions and admit-liaison committees. At the Kennedy School, he has served as an Associate Publisher and Editor for an academic publication called Asian American Policy Review and as a writing tutor for graduate students. At the Sloan School, Neil has been very active with the Consulting and Finance Clubs, assuming the role of a project-lead for a year-long pro bono consulting engagement project with a local hospital, while earning a perfect 5.0 grade point average. Prior to graduate school, he served for two years in Iraq and Kuwait with the U.S. Army and worked as a financial analyst at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
