Budge Mabry is the Director of the Texas Medical and Dental Schools Application Service (TMDSAS) and the Joint Admission Medical Program (JAMP). He has been in this position since February of 1994. Prior to that, he was the Associate Registrar at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Budge received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas in 1962 and worked in the accounting field before joining the Health Science Center in 1981. During his tenure as Director of the Application Center, Budge expanded the U. T. System Medical and Dental Application Center to include all the state supported medical schools, dental schools and veterinary school in Texas.

Budge has made presentations at state and national meetings for organizations including the Association of American Medical Colleges, Texas Medical Association, Texas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, State Legislative Committees, National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions and is a regular presenter at the annual Texas Association of Advisors for the Health Professions.
