Will there be more merit-based aid for this admissions cycle? How much do
GRE scores really matter? Do you
need work or research experience to get into grad school? Are more international candidates applying to US grad programs? What are the best ways for a prospective graduate student to gain an edge on other prospective candidates? Do admissions officers visit the Facebook pages of applicants?
Each year, we survey admissions officers from the top 50 graduate school programs, as ranked by US News and World Report in the disciplines of education, engineering, public administration and psychology. We ask questions about the GRE, other quantitative and qualitative graduate school admissions criteria, financial aid, and more. We get an in-depth understanding of the current admissions landscape, and we look forward to sharing this information with advisors and students.
