Kaplan provides a separate, exclusive communication channel for our institutional partners. This allows us to prioritize your needs and respond to issues in a timely manner.

Enterprise Level Service

Institutional partners receive three levels of service for implementation, training, support, and curriculum alignment.

  • Service Director

At the start of the program a Service Director will be assigned to work with you and your students to ensure that there is a single point person with whom you and your students can communicate with.

  • Customer Service Team

Customer service is available for both students and administrators via email.  Students may also call our 1-800 phone number for support.

  • Medical Learning Consultant (New)

We recently enhanced our customer service experience by hiring Dr. Molly Johannessen as a Medical Learning Consultant to ensure improved curriculum alignment.  In addition to offering suggestions on how best to use your Kaplan resources, Dr. Johannessen partners with institutions for Curriculum Alignment, Integration, and Optimization.
