Kaplan’s Promise of Confidence*

Customer’s purchase of NCLEX will entitle Customer to request, at its option and upon (i) Customer’s submission of the applicable Students’ official score report showing a failing score and (ii) Kaplan’s confirmation that, prior to the scheduled exam, said Student(s) completed the applicable program assets listed below, either (x) six (6) months’ access to OnDemand resources for said Student(s) or (y) one additional Kaplan-scheduled Live Online NCLEX course for the applicable Student(s)’ use; provided Customer’s request must be made within twenty (20) days of the receipt of the student’s score report and the resources provided must be accessed within twelve (12) months of provisioning. Customers may make requests by contacting 1-866-920-6311. At a minimum, Student(s) must have completed the following program assets:
