KAPLAN COLLEGE ADVANTAGE

Your prep Package resources are available in your child's Student Account immediately upon purchase and agreement to the Enrollment Terms. Your teen will have access to all the Kaplan College Advantage resources included in your selected package level (Prep, Prep Plus, or Unlimited Prep). They will need to sign in to their Student Account using the credentials you set during the purchase process. If your package includes Live Online courses, Tutoring, or Advising, your teen will need to follow the directions provided in their Student Account regarding how to access and/or schedule each resource. If your package includes AP courses, please note those Live Class schedules are only offered in the fall and spring.

For one-time payment purchases, your teen will have access through June 30th of their Senior Year.

For subscription purchases, your teen will have access during the time that your subscription is active and paid, up to June 30th of their Senior Year. If you choose to cancel before that date, access will end immediately upon cancelation.

The access length for each resource/course included in your Kaplan College Advantage package may vary. See below for guidelines:

Prep

• Kaplan Four-Year Formula™ modules: Can be activated in the Student Account. Will remain active until expiration or cancelation.
• KapAdvisor Premium: Can be activated in the Student Account. Access will expire 6 months after initial activation (per current license terms). After expiration, it can be reactivated for free upon request. As a Kaplan College Advantage student, we'll extend your access as many times as you like. Extended access will expire upon account expiration or cancelation.
• ACT®, SAT®, and PSAT On Demand products: Can be activated in the Student Account upon selecting your On Demand course. You may have concurrent On Demand enrollments if they are for different tests (limited to one at a time per test). On Demand course access expires 6 months after activation (standard license terms), but you will have unlimited re-enrollments throughout the life of your active Kaplan College Advantage program (one at a time for each test).

Prep Plus

• Kaplan Four-Year Formula™ modules: Can be activated in the Student Account. Will remain active until expiration or cancelation.
• KapAdvisor Premium: Can be activated in the Student Account. Access will expire 6 months after initial activation (per current license terms). After expiration, it can be reactivated for free upon request. As a Kaplan College Advantage student, we'll extend your access as many times as you like. Extended access will expire upon account expiration or cancelation.

If you choose the subscription option at checkout, you'll be charged a monthly recurring fee that corresponds to your selected package. You can cancel your subscription at any time. While subscribed, your teen will have full access to all the resources in your selected package. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your subscription (or if your subscription lapses due to non-payment), your teen's access to all resources, Live Classes, tutoring appointments, etc. will be deactivated. Please note that cancelations can only be made through the Parent Account.

Yes, you can cancel at any time! Within the Parent Account that is configured with your subscription, you will have the ability to manage your subscription billing, including the ability to cancel. Please note: as soon as you cancel, you and your teen will no longer have access to any products or courses you are enrolled in via Kaplan College Advantage and your teen will lose all saved progress. Please note that cancelations can only be made through the Parent account or by calling us at 1-800-KAP-TEST.

No, you cannot pause your subscription. However, you can cancel at any time.

No, you won't be able to "upgrade" or "downgrade" your chosen package after you purchase.

Course retakes are included free of charge while you're an active Kaplan College Advantage customer, with the specific parameters listed below:

As part of the registration process, separate Parent and Student accounts are created. Parent accounts will have all of the billing information and (if subscription) cancelation options. Students will have the ability to select and enroll in courses and access their Kaplan College Advantage resources through their account.

Depending on your teen's graduation year, there may be more or less time to use all the prep components available. And for subscription purchases, there are different amounts of time during which the subscription will be active, spreading the costs out differently over time. No matter your teen's graduation year, you'll be saving with Kaplan College Advantage packages, compared to buying prep separately.
