For this survey, a sample of 387 graduates of ABA-accredited law schools who had taken the bar exam for the first time in July 2021 and who had used a bar review prep course to prepare were surveyed online. Bar Exam Pass Rate: Pass rate average based on survey responses of 914 Kaplan Bar Review students who hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school, took the Uniform Bar Exam for the first time from July 2020–July 2024 (this only includes July exam takers, not February exam takers), and completed 75% of assigned essay and question bank practice.
