† These are the findings of a quantitative survey conducted by Kaplan between August 26 and September 20, 2022. For this survey, a sample of 557 SAT test prep customers was interviewed online, of which 132 customers prepped for the SAT with Kaplan, 104 prepped with leading competitor A and 109 prepped with leading competitor B. The results showed that Kaplan has a net promoter score that is statistically higher than that of either competitor A or B at a 95% confidence level with a 5% margin of error.
