Kaplan’s largest pre-med event is back! Attended by thousands of pre-medical students each year, Kaplan’s fourth annual Medical School Insider returns on Monday April 29th at 8pm ET / 5pm PT as the next installment of, “The Pulse” – a monthly webinar series exclusively for pre-medical students by Kaplan Test prep. This is a one-night-only event that is not to be missed.
At the Insider event, students will get the inside scoop on getting into med school from a panel of true admissions insiders and will get all their medical school admissions questions answered. Owen Farcy, Director of MCAT® Programs for Kaplan Test Prep, will lead a discussion that encompasses: which factors matter most in med school admissions, what admissions officers really look for in a personal statement, and how to make sure that your application is noticed.
The panelists this year are: Dr. Paul T. White, Assistant Dean for Admissions at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Leila Diaz, Assistant Dean of Admissions and Diversity at Texas A&M Medical School, Dr. Kathleen Kolberg, Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Studies for the College of Science and Health Professions Advisor at the the University of Notre Dame, and Dr. Elizabeth Wiley, National President of the American Medical Student Association.
